Wouldn’t it be great if you could run a Saifr™ scan directly in Microsoft Word? Writing compliant documents could be so much simpler, not to mention more efficient. Now you can.
Introducing SaifrScan™ Add-ins! As the name suggests, add-ins embed the functionality of one software into another. Saifr offers add-ins for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, allowing users to run Saifr compliance and marketing scans directly in existing software. (And don’t worry, add-ins to Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe are coming soon.)
To use the add-in in Outlook, begin composing a new email and select the Saifr Compliance Check tile on the Message tab as shown above. (In Word, select the Saifr Compliance Check tile on the Home tab.) Then, click “Check” to run the scan. Word and Outlook call the robust AI models from the Saifr application and apply them to your content, delivering the same scan speed and accuracy as when users work directly in the SaifrReview™ application. When the scan is complete, a bar will appear on the right side of your content, featuring three tabs.
The Compliance tab highlights potentially risky language that might need attention and explains why it could be problematic, helping users quickly evaluate words and phrases that may not be compliant. Users can then make changes and rerun the scan to address and resolve any issues before compliance even sees the first draft.
The Marketing tab provides marketing analytics such as sentiment analysis, allowing users to assess the tone of their content. Saifr’s sentiment analysis scores the content and shows which sentences are contributing to that score. As you make changes and rerun the scan, the score changes in response.
The Disclosures tab can provide suggested disclosures your content may require and links to the disclosure library so you can easily add the appropriate text.
